PMS is often misdiagnosed as a psychological problem. Anxiety, depression, panic attacks, eating disorders and personality disorders can all be caused by imbalanced hormones.  PMDD is simply REALLY bad PMS.

PMS can show up in different ways for different people, and is basically a hormone imbalance between Estrogen, Progesterone, and a possible Thyroid disorder. You can also have abnormal stress response, and cortisol issues. Neurotransmitter imbalances, and blood sugar issues.

What can you to to help your PMS and PMDD?

All of these hormonal imbalances are caused at least in part by toxicity. We recommend the Wilde Vitality Detoxification Program.  Start with detoxification and it makes everything more straight forward. Toxins bind to hormone receptors, and gunk them up, look like hormones, and cause oxidation and stress out the liver. When you remove them, you are treating the cause of many of the issues, making the others easier to address with lifestyle, diet and nutrition.

Our stress, inflammation and detox packets are another option to support your metabolism and liver health. The liver is responsible for metabolizing hormones and other substances in the body and keeping the hormones in balance. B vitamins, magnesium, and certain herbs can help support this hormone balancing process and help with PMS and PMDD.
