Trauma to Triumph

Life happens, we react, respond, and then tell stories about it in an effort to turn trauma to triumph. Sometimes we are heroes and sometimes victims. This is the first and last time I will tell this story, on the 21st anniversary and what has been my reality for what is now half of my life.

Do not give up, grab your life and make the best out of it. Have you lost love? A job? Your health? Hope? Optimism? Belief? Have you been drowning in what you are supposed to do rather than what you want to do? You only get now. You only get the present. Ride it for all it’s worth.

In this episode we talk about two tests that made a huge difference in my health and helped me overcome chronic pain.

I also believe that mindfulness, meditation, hypnosis and NLP can help us shift our mental perspective. If life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we react, mind training is key to our success. We can become stronger and change all the past trauma to triumph. Sometimes the worst things that happen to us can be reframed into something that can be viewed as overall beneficial. You know, the cliche’: when life closes one door another opens?Regardless, the past does not need to have control over your future.
